Kelvatek recently visited the Powertest Electrical Maintenance and Safety conference in Washington DC. The conference this year ran from Feb 21st through 24th and is hosted annually by NETA (InterNational Electrical Testers Association), NETA is an organization that serves the electrical testing industry by offering accreditation of third-party electrical testing firms, certifying electrical testing technicians and producing of American National Standards. The Powertest conference provides companies within this industry the opportunity to share best practices and exchange ideas as well as speak with vendors of testing equipment and explore advances equipment.

The conference is dedicated towards maintenance and testing and was the perfect platform for Kelvatek to introduce the Profile P3 to The NETA registered testing companies across North America. First trip analysis of circuit breakers is something of a new concept in this market meaning this conference was an excellent place for Kelvatek to introduce not only our technology but also a new test to the industry.

Along with the NETA Testing companies in attendance were a large number of Engineers from a diverse group of industrial sectors such as DUpont, Gallatin Steel, Nova Chemicals, Marathon Oil. Overall we found the conference to be a great success in opening up several new key opportunities for Kelvatek moving forward. Kelvatek would like to thank everyone who took the time to visit the booth and we look forward to Powertest 2012.
