FUSEMATE
Completely safe LV fuse replacement.
A compact and reliable hand-held tool to make LV fuse replacement safe and avoid personal injury. The FUSEMATE closes a faulted circuit and displays the current flowing. The operator is a safe distance away operating the equipment via remote control. FUSEMATE has a fuse in series with a miniature vacuum switch. Its control and monitoring electronics provide the indication and control functions.
FUSEMATE can be used directly in the following: low voltage feeder frames, pole-mounted fuse holders and underground distribution boxes. The tool can also be used with adaptor kits in many other situations i.e. with DIN fuses, in live Cable Jointing procedures and non-standard low voltage underground distribution boxes, kiosks and feeder frames.
